Bodybuilding Beginner Routine

this routine should be done 3 days per week

full body workout :

squats 3x8
bench press 3x8
bent over rows 3x8
military press 3x8
barbell curl 3x8
triceps extensions 3x8
abs crunches 3x8

the rest between sets should be 1 min

Eat Big , Train Hard !! cheers
